<p>Actually the emergence of gray hair is a symptom of a disorder of protein synthesis. Melanocytes cells no longer able to produce pigment (melanin) that might cause the hairs losing its colors. The process of this event is often associated with age. But there are also other causes that could encourage the emergence of gray hair in younger hair, most of them caused by wrong life style and consuming some junk foods.<br />

Careless brushing, windy convertibles and poorly-made barrettes and accessories will eventually cause breakage. Hair dryers, irons and other heated appliances will take a toll as well.<br />

Save them for special occasions and find an everyday style that is kind to your hair. Stay alert for any early changes, such as dull hair that once was shiny, patches of thinness or broken strands. If your hair is falling out, don&#8217;t delay taking action.<br />
Consult a physician to rule out any obvious disorders that may cause the loss, but don&#8217;t expect a doctor to solve your hair loss dilemma. Unless they find it&#8217;s tied to a more serious ailment, many of them won&#8217;t warrant your condition serious enough for further investigation.</p>
<p>You may have to do research on your own. The Internet is a good place to start, but avoid the many false hair claims and scams you&#8217;re bound to come across.</p>
<p>I have found that Vitamin B12 can greatly improve the appearance, and fullness, of hair. You must be patient, though, as hair changes that start internally can take up to a year to become visible.<br />
Hair color and other chemical processes may add short-term beauty at long-term cost. If you are anxious to color your hair, temporary color is a good start. If you do opt for permanent color, be sure to counteract its strain on your hair with regular, deep conditioning.</p>
<p>It is possible to regain your healthy head of hair, but you must be honest about your lifestyle and committed to long-term solutions. Your beautiful mane will be a satisfying reward.</p>
<p>Also, don&#8217;t let anyone tell you what length your hair should be. If you&#8217;ve worked hard for a healthy head of hair and want to show it off, age should not be a deterrent. This allows them to protect the inner layers of the hair from the sun, heat, chlorine in the water and other damaging elements in our environment.     * Various hair styling products affect how the hair looks, and if they are used too often they may damage the hair. The same can be said about various hair curling devices or hair straighteners. Chemical treatments including hair color and highlights are also damaging to the hair, so they should not be used too often.<br />
    * One of the best ways to keep any hair healthy, no matter the type, color and volume, is to cut it regularly. A regular haircut will keep split ends at bay and protect the healthy hair. Also it seems that cutting the hair more often actually promotes hair growth, because the hair is healthy and is not breaking off.<br />
    * In case of extensive hair loss, doctors advise a well-balanced diet and the avoidance of damaging hair treatments. A healthy diet with the addition of multivitamin supplements (vitamins A, C, E, B-complex, magnesium, calcium, zinc and selenium) should be an integral part of the daily life. Coffee, cigarettes and alcohol should be avoided to minimize loss of hair.</p>
